If you’re looking to return or exchange your order because it is not fit for purpose, we’re here to help! We offer refunds if the item is faulty after purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
- Discounted items cannot be returned or exchanged for full price.
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use unless faulty.
To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:
- Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return.
- When you receive confirmation of return then you can ship or physically return the item to 134 King Street Palmerston North and subsequently receive a refund for the amount paid minus the shipping of the product.
- Returns should be finalized within two weeks of responses
- Any shipping or additional customs fees will be covered by the customer
